Do I need a HubSpot account to use Zealos?+

No. Zealos has its own built-in CRM with pipeline management, deal tracking, and contact management. If you do have a HubSpot account, you can connect it to sync your existing data — but it's completely optional.

What accounts do I need to get started?+

Just a Zealos account. All integrations (Gmail, Slack, Google Calendar, Discord, WhatsApp, etc.) are optional — connect them when you're ready. Zealos works on its own as a full CRM, task manager, and notes tool even without any connections.

Does Zealos replace my existing tools or work alongside them?+

Both. Your data stays in the original services — Gmail still has your emails, HubSpot still has your deals. Zealos syncs and unifies everything in one place so you stop context-switching. Over time, many teams find they can cancel several subscriptions.

Which integrations are supported?+
